SALVAGING ACADEMIC DECAY IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
English Language is the backbone of all subjects in the curriculum and it is a major prerequisite for admission into any higher institution. As important as the subject is, our students do not seem to be adequately prepared for it - a fact they sometimes take for granted. This has frequently resulted in mass failure not only in English Language but in the overall performance in all external examinations. We feel it is not enough just talking about it. We should all consciously act towards salvaging the unfortunate situation.
As an academic support service provider, Pen-Write Communications Ltd offers a FREE workshop on English Language to current SSS 2 & 3 students on Friday 18th March, 2011 as our contribution towards salvaging this decay and we hope to continue this for as long as God gives us the grace to sustain the programme.
The programme will hold from 10.00am till 2.00pm for all invited school representatives in Lagos State and it is ABSOLUTELY FREE.

THEME: LEARNING TO FISH FOR A DISTINCTION IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Our requests from you as an administrator and a professional colleague are to:

  1. Support the programme by sensitizing your students and ensuring that they participate
  2. Register a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 students and a teachers on our website to participate in the workshop
  3. Ensure the participants download their experience to other students on their return to school.
  4. Ensure the nominee form is duly endorsed by the school and hard copy printed for submission at the venue of the workshop.
