STAGE 2 - AUG. 1st  2011       -             ONLINE QUALIFIER TEST
All registered candidates will be expected to write an essay on a given topic at a given time frame in their respective area for the zonal online qualifier test.

Scripts will be marked by accredited WAEC and NECO markers and submitted to Pen-Write Communications Ltd for vetting
The best 10 candidates from each zone will be selected to move to the next stage
Result will be published on TV and National Newspapers

STAGE 3 - AUG. 22nd  2011                    -              EXAMINATION
The top 10 candidates from each zone will be invited to a chosen venue for the final round of the competition
They will be tested on the given topic strictly monitored by Pen-Write Communications Ltd with other external supervisors.
Their scripts will be marked as in stage 2 and vetted by some selected university lecturers of English Language
The best 3 overall candidates will be selected for the award ceremony
Result will be widely publicized in the newspapers

10TH  SEPT. 2011      -              VICTORY AND AWARD CEREMONY
The award ceremony will hold at a specified venue in Lagos.
Prizes and awards will be given to the best three candidates by the (Deputy Governor) Honourable Commissioner for Education, Lagos State and other dignitaries.
The ceremony will be given wide media coverage.
Announcement will be made of the commencement date for the next season.
